Zoom Meeting – 21 May 2021

This will be the Society’s AGM covering both of the years ended 31 March 2020 and 2021. There will be no speaker but we will have a General Discussion of the Society and future projects.

Remember that we limit the audience numbers to 60 and you must register beforehand by sending an e-mail message to g.huws@hanesmon.org.uk. Of course, the rule of accepting the first applications will apply.

The meeting will start at 7 p.m.. Participants will be able to join the meeting from 6.30 pm.

Members who have given us their email addresses have been sent details of this event and as the number of participants will need to be limited places will be reserved on a first come first served basis so recipients of an email invite will need to book their place promptly. Enquiries to Gareth Huws.

Successful applicants for places will be sent an email on 20th May giving details of how to join the meeting.

A simple guide to using Zoom
If you have a poor internet connection you may find using a smartphone more successful as it uses much less bandwidth than a computer with a large screen. Turning your video off will also use less bandwidth.

The Gwynedd Archaeological Trust will be providing the Zoom hosting facilities. These will be organised for us by Andrew Davidson
